Shipping & pickup rules (Queensland-only)

If you offer shipping, make the cost clear in the listing (either included in the price or stated as a separate shipping amount). If you offer pickup only, say so clearly.

Use Message Seller for questions and to confirm the agreement (price, inclusions, pickup/shipping method, timeframe). It keeps things cleaner for both sides.

Do I need approval to sell?

Yes. Seller registrations are reviewed before you can publish listings.

Do I need an ABN?

Not usually for private sellers. If you’re selling as a business, include your ABN where applicable.

Listing Credits

What is a Listing Credit?

A prepaid credit used to publishone approved listing.

When is a credit deducted?

Only when your listing isapproved and published. If rejected, no credit is deducted.

Do you charge commission?

No. RedSpear uses Listing Credits, and commission is0%.

Payments + fulfilment

Who handles payment for the item?

Buyer and seller arrange payment directly. RedSpear does not process item payments, hold funds, or provide escrow.

How should I handle shipping or pickup?

Queensland-only. Be clear in the listing whether you ship, offer pickup, or both. Share tracking if shipping.

Compliance + enforcement

What can get my listing rejected or removed?

Misleading descriptions, prohibited/illegal items, low-quality or fake photos, unsafe conduct, or breaches of Queensland-only / 18+ rules.
