Short Version of our Terms
These Terms set the rules for using RedSpear Armory, including listing approvals, platform enforcement, and important limits on liability. Please read before using the site.
- RedSpear is a marketplace platform for Queensland-only used gel blaster trades (18+ only). We process payments on behalf of buyers and sellers.
- Payments for marketplace items are processed through RedSpear's Shopify checkout. We collect buyer payments, hold funds until delivery is confirmed, then transfer seller payouts via PayID within 48 hours.
- Absolutely NO listing fee at all.
- Sellers pay a commision of 5% on sale. The 5% covers Shopify payment processing (~1.75% + 30c) and our platform fee (~3%). Full breakdown shown before listing goes live.
- We can approve, reject, edit, pause, or remove listings and accounts at our discretion to enforce rules and safety.
- You’re responsible for legality, accuracy, safety, and your own decisions when buying/selling.
- Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by law.
