Safety and scams

Yes. Seller registrations and listings are reviewed before publishing. We may reject or request changes if something doesn’t meet standards.

No. We reduce risk, but buyers and sellers remain responsible for their decisions. Use the Scam & Safety Guide.

Listings may be unpublished/removed and accounts may be restricted or banned for rule breaches or unsafe behaviour.

Payments

Yes. All marketplace payments go through our secure Shopify checkout. We collect the buyer's payment, hold it until delivery is confirmed, then pay the seller via PayID within 48 hours. You never pay the seller directly.

Within 48 hours of confirmed delivery. We track shipments automatically — once delivered, a 48-hour buyer dispute window opens. If no dispute is raised, the seller's payout goes straight to their PayID.

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery via the Contact page with your order details and photos. We hold the seller's payout while we investigate and work toward a fair resolution before any money is released.
