Is RedSpear 18+ only?
18+ only. By using the marketplace you confirm you meet the age requirement.
Is RedSpear Armory Queensland only?
Yes. RedSpear supports Queensland-only listings and Queensland-only shipping/pickup. We do not allow shipping or trading through RedSpear to other states or territories.
Do you allow payments through RedSpear checkout for marketplace items?
No. Payments for marketplace items are arranged directly between the buyer and the seller. RedSpear does not process those payments, hold funds, or provide escrow.

How do I contact a seller?
Use the Message Seller button on the listing.
What should I confirm before buying?
Before you commit, confirm in writing: condition, inclusions, price, pickup/shipping method, timeframe, and any faults or upgrades. Ask for extra photos/video if needed.
What if something goes wrong
Start by contacting the seller in the message thread. RedSpear may review reports and take platform action (removing listings/accounts), but the transaction is between buyer and seller.

Do I need approval to sell?
Yes. Sellers must register and be approved before listing.
What must my listing include?
Clear photos (and video if possible), accurate condition, inclusions, and any known faults or modifications. Misleading listings may be rejected or removed.
What are my responsibilities as a seller?
Sellers must ensure the buyer is 18+, keep trades Queensland-only, describe items honestly, and follow all applicable laws and safe handling expectations.
How do Listing Credits work?
RedSpear uses Listing Credits instead of commission. Credits are deducted only when a listing is approved and published. If a listing is rejected, no credit is deducted.
Shipping, pickup and safety
Do you allow shipping outside Queensland?
No. Queensland-only trading/shipping applies on RedSpear.
What are safe pickup practices?
Meet in a public place, preferably daylight hours. Don’t share unnecessary personal information. If anything feels off, walk away.
Safe handling & legal basics
Do laws differ across Australia?
Yes. Laws differ by state/territory and can change. RedSpear is Queensland-only, but you are still responsible for understanding and complying with the laws that apply to you.
How should gel blasters be transported and handled?
Treat them like real firearms in public: keep out of sight, transport securely, and never display or use them in public spaces.

What does RedSpear review?
We review seller registrations and listings before publishing. This reduces risk, but it does not guarantee outcomes. Users remain responsible for their decisions.
What can get a listing removed or an account banned?
Illegal content, unsafe behaviour, scams, harassment, misleading listings, repeat rule breaches, or attempts to bypass Queensland-only rules may result in listing removal or account restrictions/bans.
How do I report a listing or user?
Use the Contact page and include the listing link, a description of the issue, and screenshots if possible. We’ll review and act where appropriate.
