RedSpear Armory Rules & Safety
Non Negotiables
18+ only. By using the marketplace you confirm you meet the age requirement.
Yes. RedSpear supports Queensland-only listings and Queensland-only shipping/pickup. We do not allow shipping or trading through RedSpear to other states or territories.
All marketplace payments go through our secure Shopify checkout. We collect the payment from the buyer, hold it until delivery is confirmed, then transfer the seller's payout to their PayID within 48 hours. Tracked shipping is mandatory — no tracking number means no payout.
Buyer Rules
Use the Product Question button on any listing page. We'll get back to you quickly — usually within a few hours.
Use the Product Question button on the listing to ask about condition, inclusions, known faults, or to request extra photos or video before you commit to buying.
Contact us immediately via the Contact page with your order details and photos. Because payments go through our platform, we can hold the seller's payout while we investigate. We review the situation and work toward a fair resolution.
Seller Rules
Yes. Sellers must register and be approved before listing.
Clear photos (and video if possible), accurate condition, inclusions, and any known faults or modifications. Misleading listings may be rejected or removed.
Sellers must ensure the buyer is 18+, keep trades Queensland-only, describe items honestly, and follow all applicable laws and safe handling expectations.
There is absolutely NO listing fee. If your item sells, a 5% platform fee is deducted from your payout — this covers Shopify's payment processing (~1.75% + 30c) and our platform fee (~3%). You see the exact dollar breakdown before your listing goes live.
Shipping, pickup and safety
No. Queensland-only trading/shipping applies on RedSpear.
Meet in a public place, preferably daylight hours. Don’t share unnecessary personal information. If anything feels off, walk away.
Safe handling & legal basics
Yes. Laws differ by state/territory and can change. RedSpear is Queensland-only, but you are still responsible for understanding and complying with the laws that apply to you.
Treat them like real firearms in public: keep out of sight, transport securely, and never display or use them in public spaces.
Platform enforcement & reporting
We review seller registrations and listings before publishing. This reduces risk, but it does not guarantee outcomes. Users remain responsible for their decisions.
Illegal content, unsafe behaviour, scams, harassment, misleading listings, repeat rule breaches, or attempts to bypass Queensland-only rules may result in listing removal or account restrictions/bans.
Use the Contact page and include the listing link, a description of the issue, and screenshots if possible. We’ll review and act where appropriate.
