Why do we charge a 5% fee?
There is NO listing fee at all.
We do the manual review of every listing before it goes live. We check every submission for accuracy, safety, and compliance — that takes real time and keeps the marketplace clean.
All of that at no charge!
The 5% success fee only applies if your item sells. It covers two things: Shopify's payment processing costs (1.75% + $0.30) which we absorb on your behalf, and our 3% platform fee which covers secure payment handling, buyer protection, payout management, and keeping the platform running.
