Predator's Den - South Bingera

Predator's Den is an outdoor gel blaster field at South Bingera, just outside Bundaberg in the Wide Bay region. It's a RedSpear Trusted Field with a genuine claim to being one of regional Queensland's more serious venues — 180 acres of dense bushland, run by Scott, his brother and their crew on their own property, hosting a single big scenario event a year that's grown big enough to pull players from right across the state. About Predator's Den

Predator's Den covers around 180 acres of dense Queensland bushland — thick scrub, real tree cover, uneven ground, and genuine distance between objectives. It's not a flat paddock with some plywood walls scattered around it. Movement here is a decision, not a formality, and that scale is what lets Predator's Den run scenarios most fields can't.

The field's proof point is the Aftermath Zombie Event, run over 24–25 May 2026: a purpose-built Settlement with a front gate, defined entry points and a watchtower as the survivors' base, with the Hospital roughly 250–300 metres out, the Power Station around 300 metres in another direction, and the Marauders' Base about 500 metres away. Players worked through a survival economy, a night defence of the Settlement and a final objective across the full 180 acres — with free onsite camping for the weekend. Predator's Den is run by Scott, his brother and their crew on their own property. At the moment they run it as one big set-piece event a year rather than a regular public calendar, and that event draws players from well beyond the local Bundaberg crowd — it's the kind of field worth the drive from further afield, not a local weeknight option.

Getting There

Predator's Den is at the end of Walkers Road, South Bingera QLD 4670 — a short drive from Bundaberg in the Wide Bay region. This is regional Queensland, not a suburban field: players have made a serious trip from well outside the area for the annual event, so it's worth treating a visit as a proper day (or weekend) out rather than a quick after-work session. Note there's a second, separate field also at South Bingera — The Wasteland, at 161 Hills Road. Different field, different address; don't mix the two up when you're mapping the drive.
