This is the home of RTOP — the RedSpear Tactical Operations Program: structured training that turns recreational gel blaster players into people who can think, plan, communicate and move as a real team. Calm competence, not noise. Evidence-based, run in small monthly cohorts, and applied at the Queensland games you already play.
Quick answer: RTOP is RedSpear’s structured online MilSim training for QLD gel blaster players. Three levels — Foundation (12 weeks, open enrolment), then Recon and Assault by application. Two short written sessions a week, a field-manual workbook, a weekly quiz, a certificate and a patch on graduation. Class 001 (Foundation) starts Monday 3 August 2026.
The three levels
Foundation
12 weeks · open enrolment
The base: tactical thinking, awareness, planning, small-unit tactics, CQB, comms and team coordination.
Recon
4 weeks · by application
Builds on Foundation — deeper coordination and sharper field application.
Assault
4 weeks · by application
The top tier, for graduates who’ve proven the standard in the field.
Each level is capped at 20 per cohort, with a three-month gap between levels — the field time in between is the point.
Now taking pre-enrolments. Class 001 (Foundation) starts Monday 3 August 2026 — 20 founding spots at the $99 intro price.
