iHobby Extreme Orange Gel Balls 90g | $10/pack | RedSpear stock

Regular price $10.00

Quick Answer: iHobby Extreme (orange packaging) gel balls, 90g per pack. A harder Extreme grade, round and well-sorted — and the gels are clear / see-through. Below normal retail, only two packs left.

Two packs left, then it’s gone. These iHobby Extreme gels are a harder-grade gel at well under normal retail — round, well-sorted, and clear in flight. Heads up: the “orange” is the packet, not the gel — the gels themselves are see-through.

90 grams per pack. Soak, drain, load, play.

Why these gels

Harder Extreme grade

A firmer gel that survives the trip down the barrel — fewer breaks and jams.

Round & well-sorted

Consistent size and shape so they feed cleanly and fly true.

Clear in flight

See-through gels are hard for opponents to track back to your position.

Below retail

$10 a pack against the usual $12.50–15 elsewhere — last two packs.

Getting them ready

Soak in clean, cool water until fully grown, then drain before loading. Store grown gels cool and out of direct Queensland sun. The growing & storing guide covers nailing a consistent soak.

Who these suit

  • Players who don’t want their fire traced back to them
  • Tighter-bore and higher-FPS setups after a firmer gel
  • Anyone who prefers a low-visibility gel
  • Stocking up cheap while it’s on clearance

🟣 Clear gels are the hardest to trace back to you

Gel colour changes how easily you get spotted, and a see-through gel is the quietest of the lot. Bright orange and red gels light up mid-air and basically draw an arrow to where you’re sitting; a clear gel is very hard for an opponent to follow in flight against any background , so they struggle to work out where your fire is coming from. The trade-off is that it cuts both ways — you can’t easily watch your own fall of shot to zero a hop-up either. So run a bright high-vis gel while you’re dialling a setup in, and switch to a clear gel like this once your zero is sorted and you want to stay hidden.

Frequently asked questions

What colour are the gels?

The gels are clear / see-through. The “orange” is the product name and packaging, not the gel colour — check the listing photos.

Are these a hard or soft gel?

A harder Extreme grade — a firmer gel that holds together down the barrel for fewer breaks, which suits tighter-bore and higher-FPS setups. Give them a full soak to reach size.

Do clear gels help or hurt on the field?

Both, depending on your game. Clear gels are hard for opponents to track, so they are great for staying hidden — but they are also hard for you to see, so they are less ideal for zeroing a new setup. Use a bright high-vis gel to dial a blaster in, then run clear to play quiet.

Are gel blasters legal in Queensland?

Yes. Gel blasters are legal for adults aged 18 and over in Queensland, with no licence required, provided you follow the usual storage, transport and venue rules. See our Queensland gel blaster laws guide .

How are they shipped?

Small and light, so they ship easily within Queensland. Gels ship dry — grow them when they arrive.
