Trusted Partner T&Cs
Trusted Partner Programme — RedSpear Armory
By applying for and accepting Trusted Partner status, you agree to the following terms. These terms apply to both Trusted Retailer and Trusted Field partners unless stated otherwise.
1. Nature of the Programme
Trusted status is RedSpear's independent recognition based on available information and community feedback. It is not a paid service, a guarantee of future performance, or an endorsement that creates any financial or legal liability for RedSpear Armory.
2. Badge Use Rights
The Trusted Partner badge is RedSpear Armory's intellectual property. Partners may display the badge as provided. Partners may not modify, distort, recolour, or use the badge in a misleading context. Displaying the badge constitutes ongoing acceptance of these terms.
3. Backlink Requirement
Partners must maintain an active link to redspeararmory.com.au on at least one public-facing channel at all times during their Trusted status. Accepted placements include a website footer, social media bio, Linktree, or Google Business Profile. RedSpear may verify this periodically. Removal of the backlink without notice may result in suspension of Trusted status.
4. Annual Renewal
Trusted status is issued annually. Renewal requires confirmation that business details are current and the backlink remains active. RedSpear reserves the right to conduct a re-assessment at the time of renewal.
5. Revocation
RedSpear may suspend or remove Trusted status at any time if a partner no longer meets the programme criteria, has received credible complaints, or has breached these terms. Partners will be notified by email. The standard map listing remains unaffected by any suspension or removal of Trusted status.
6. Right to Amend
RedSpear may update these terms with 30 days notice via email to the registered contact. Continued display of the badge after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
7. Data Collection
Information collected in the application is used solely for programme administration. RedSpear Armory handles data in accordance with the Australian Privacy Act 1988. Data will not be sold or shared with third parties.
8. Limitation of Liability
The Trusted Partner Programme is a community recognition initiative. RedSpear Armory is not liable for any loss, damage, or dispute arising from a customer's interaction with a Trusted Partner business. Customers should always conduct their own due diligence before purchasing from a retailer or attending events at a field.
Programme disclaimer: Trusted Partner status reflects RedSpear's independent opinion based on available information and community feedback at the time of assessment. It is not a guarantee of future performance. Customers should always conduct their own due diligence before purchasing or attending events.
